Chance Krigbaum

Chance Krigbaum - CFI, CFIi

Chance grew up in Dacusville, South Carolina. When he was 19 years old he took his first discovery flight, marking the first time he'd ever fly. He worked multiple jobs including Produce Assistant Manager for Ingles Grocery, Detention Officer for Pickens County Sheriff's Office, and a Customer Service Representative for Resurgent Capital services before finally committing to following his dream of becoming an Airline pilot. 

He attended ATP Flight school where he received Private, Instrument, Commercial, Multi-Engine add on, CFI, and CFI-I before graduating and starting full time with Greenville Aviation. Now married, and father to a toddler, he is well rehearsed at dad jokes that he may or may not sprinkle into flight lessons. 

Here at Greenville Aviation, he is passionate about helping his students achieve their goals whether that means getting their pilot's license for fun, pursuing a career in aviation, or making the Kessel run in less than 12 parsecs.
