Hey guys! My name is Owen McLendon, I've had a passion for aviation ever since I was a little kid. Flying runs deep in my family, as my dad was a CH-46 helicopter pilot in the Marine Corps and his dad was a F4 Phantom pilot for the Air Force. Growing up my dad always took me to airports to watch the planes takeoff and land, and took me for my first discovery flight in 2017. After graduating high school and trying my hand at a few other things, I knew that aviation was the route for me. I started training here at Greenville Aviation in 2022 and never looked back. I hope to share my love for flying with others and create an enjoyable experience to help people get their 'spark' for aviation.
